Refund Policy

Physical Products

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order or offer refund, free of charge for any of the following reasons:

  • The print is flawed.
  • The product is damaged.
  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

Please contact us at [email protected]ย with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include, within 7 days of product delivery. We will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Please note that The Magic Tree will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed their mind. Due to the made-to-order aspect of our items, purchases are final saleย unless items are received damaged/not as advertised.

For all other requests apart from manufacturing errors on our part, please contact us. We will review your claim and if your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons.

Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Digital Downloads

Are Digital Downloads Refundable?
No, digital art prints are non-refundable as digital items cannot be returned like a physical item.

Can I Exchange a Digital Downloads?
Exchanges are not applicable for digital art prints.

Unauthorized Distribution

Please note that all digital printable art products purchased from The Magic Tree Prints are for personal use only. You may not distribute, share, reproduce, or resell the digital files in any form. Unauthorized distribution of our products may result in legal action.

Cancellation

In order to shorten delivery time, our system will automatically lock your order into production 12 hours after you place it. You have this 12-hour to email us for changes or cancellation. After 12 hours, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Cancellation requests for digital printable art products must be made before the download link is accessed or the product is delivered. Once the download link has been accessed, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of the product.
